Arthur Sheldon Kosmin 76, of Dadeville, Alabama, (formerly from Skippack Pa.) passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. He was the son of Sara Kosmin (nee Margolis) and Gerald Kosmin of Chester Pa. Prior to living in Alabama for the last several years, Arthur resided in Skippack Pa and the Philadelphia area.

He is survived by his daughter Jennifer Kosmin (Adam), his sister-in-law and brother-in-law Patricia and Steve Slutzky of Ocean Pines MD along with many nieces and nephews and their children in Pa. Arthur was pre-deceased by his wife Kathy Kosmin (who had sadly passed away just five days earlier) and his daughter, Melissa Kosmin.

He was born in Chester Pa, on March 13th, 1949. Arthur was raised in Chester County where he attended school and began his career and volunteer activities. Art was an avid volunteer in his younger years working at a 24/7 community-based center to counsel individuals in crisis situations. At the center Art met his beautiful wife Kathleen who also shared the same interest to help people in need. They fell in love and were married for just short of 50 years.

Arthur worked for many large automotive dealers and was a successful salesperson who loved working with people. In later years, Arthur started his own company building and repairing computers. The company was called Painless PC Repair which he built from scratch into a successful thriving business. Arthur always treated his customers with great care and kindness which resulted in many long-lasting friendships.

Arthur in addition to being technically gifted was also interested in traveling. Prior to his retirement he once again started a new business. It was a car service business to help people in the Philadelphia area. Arthur had many regular customers who he once again built good friendships with.

Arthur along with his wife Kathleen were lifelong dog lovers. They adopted shelter dogs and gave them a kind loving home.
